Our Team
Our team is highly credentialled with proven experience in multiple junior ASX, private equity and global S&P 500 major resource companies. We have individually been members of multiple boards of directors including Trafford Resources (ASX), Tyranna Resources (ASX), IronClad Mining (ASX), and in executive roles at Pepinnini Minerals (ASX), Gold Fields (JSE and NYSE) and Galaxy Resources (ASX).
Neil McKay
Mr McKay is an accountant with more than 40 years in senior accounting, finance and company secretarial roles. After becoming an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, he ventured into the mineral exploration industry, where at various times he was Company Secretary for a successful oil and gas company and held senior accounting positions within the mineral exploration and mining industry. His career has concentrated in Australia and The Philippines where he spent 10 years advising overseas exploration companies on corporate matters.
He was a founding director, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed companies, Trafford Resources, Tyranna Resources, IronClad Mining. He is currently a director of a Singaporean gold streaming company and continues to assist companies wishing to list on accredited Stock Exchanges. Mr McKay has a Bachelor of Business (Sec Admin) from Curtin University.
Eduardo Pinero
Mr Pinero has over 17 years experience in the mining industry spanning from grassroots exploration to project development and operations. He has been involved in a number of projects in Australia and South America with junior ASX explorers, private equity firms and major mining companies.
His key roles include Project Manager for Pepinnini Minerals in South America, Business Strategy Development for Goldfields Australasia and Deputy General Manager for Galaxy Resources in the Sal de Vida Project amongst others. Mr Pinero holds a degree in Management from Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia and a Master in Business Administration from the University of South Australia.
