Neil McKay
Mr McKay is an accountant with more than 40 years in senior accounting, finance and company secretarial roles. After becoming an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, he ventured into the mineral exploration industry, where at various times he was Company Secretary for a successful oil and gas company and held senior accounting positions within the mineral exploration and mining industry. His career has concentrated in Australia and The Philippines where he spent 10 years advising overseas exploration companies on corporate matters.
He was a founding director, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed companies, Trafford Resources, Tyranna Resources, IronClad Mining. He is currently a director of a Singaporean gold streaming company and continues to assist companies wishing to list on accredited Stock Exchanges. Mr McKay has a Bachelor of Business (Sec Admin) from Curtin University.

Mr Pinero has over 17 years experience in the mining industry spanning from grassroots exploration to project development and operations. He has been involved in a number of projects in Australia and South America with junior ASX explorers, private equity firms and major mining companies.
His key roles include Project Manager for Pepinnini Minerals in South America, Business Strategy Development for Goldfields Australasia and Deputy General Manager for Galaxy Resources in the Sal de Vida Project amongst others. Mr Pinero holds a degree in Management from Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia and a Master in Business Administration from the University of South Australia.

Mike Rosko - Montgomery & Associates
One of the most well-respected specialists in hydrology, geology and groundwater modelling & management in Latin America. Mike is a specialist in lithium resource evaluation, water supply development, mining hydrology, wellfield design, characterizing hydrogeologic systems and analysing groundwater chemistry in the Puna region.
Involved in hydrogeological modelling and resource development across many of the brine projects in the lithium triangle, including Salar del Hombre Muerto, Cauchari-Olaroz, Centenario-Ratones and Salar del Rincon.

Sascha Bolling - GEC Exploration
Sascha has long standing experience studying most salares in the lithium triangle. He is an expert geophysicist specialising in seismic and magnetotelluric methods, Sascha holds a Diploma and Master’s degree in Geophysics from the Westfälische Wilhelms Universität in Germany.
Sascha has worked for most large lithium players in the region including Galaxy (Arcadium), POSCO, Eramine among others carrying out surveys over the principal salares - Salar del Hombre Muerto, Salar de Arizaro, Salar de Diablillos, Salar de Tolillar, Salar Rio Grande - developing an invaluable understanding of continental brine deposits in South America.
